I have recently bought a property in Spain through Costa Blanca Homes in Spain. There is such a huge choice of agencies to go with but I literally found the best! Why? From the initial phone call to their office through to receiving the keys everyone was friendly, and professional and made the whole process seamless. Their knowledge of the surrounding areas, matching viewings to my wants & wishes was amazing and I am happy to say I bought and completed it within 11 weeks. The viewings by Charlie were fantastic, no pressure at all, no hard sell just wanting the best for me & my family and used her knowledge of the coast to suggest areas that would meet our needs and show us properties that matched. The communication from Jaye was first class, no questions were too many & always a timely response despite the purchase going through over the Christmas and New Year period.
