We came back to Spain, having lived before, we knew all the pitfalls, and mistakes that are possible.

we searched for a while, came up with a rough guide to commercial presence, and duly contacted all. We can't say there was any 'bad', per se, but some shone out beyond others.

We were given options, ideas, and local knowledge all along, and despite being intermediaries, we felt comfortable with advice from them.

We did buy, we are happy, and the strangest thing is, we feel like we have been part of an extended family.

I know I can call or message, with what, to some may be insignificant questions, almost to the point of pestering.... yet always a professional, super-friendly reply.

We were guided every step of the way and took the keys, and there were no surprises whatsoever.

Do we recommend... We certainly do.
We never had any pressure, no pointing in any particular direction, and the first name term welcome made the whole process a pleasure really.
