Good morning just a few lines to thank your company in particular Gayle for our recent visit to Alicante to look at properties for sale.

Myself and my wife Linda had been in contact with Gayle with a brief to put forward 3 properties for us to look at and decide if they fitted the bill.

We arrived on Friday in Villamarin for a meet up at 1 pm with Gayle.

We then during that afternoon saw 6 Properties all within our Budget and all had enough about them that we didn’t discount them- during this time Gayle showed us the areas the local shopping facilities that were available and how far to nightlife.

We ended the day and Gayle asked if we would like to see more the next day, and we were picked up at 11am on Saturday, again we saw another 6 properties in various areas.

Upon deciding on a short list on Sunday we picked a property, after contacting Gayle she managed to get us a 2nd viewing on the back of this we made an Offer which was excepted and now at the purchasing stage.

There is no way without the expertise of Gayle who took us to lots of areas in the vicinity and the staff at Costa Blanca Homes in Spain who helped us with the Legal aspect of the move which was underway by the Monday before we flew back out.

I would highly recommend you select this company if you are considering buying in Spain.
