I first met India May, Tony and the rest of the staff in January of 2018 when I came down to Spain on a 'try before I buy' visit.
On meeting Indy I explained my position to her about having to sell my property in France before purchasing a property here. She explained fully the in's and out's of the buying process and showed me the type of properties I could purchase for my budget.

After my trip I returned to my home in France where I put my property on the market. Over the next 18 months or so whilst waiting for my property to be sold Indy kept in constant touch but not in a pushy way. Her texts were just to enquire how my possible sale was going and when I thought I may be coming down to Spain so that she could start compiling a portfolio of properties for me to view.
I finally arrived in Spain on the 21st September 2019 and having previously spoken to Indy she had viewings already set up for when I arrived.
We together with another member of staff called Abby looked at numerous properties over a four day period, all within my budget and in the area that I wanted to be. During these viewings Indy and Abby answered all my questions and alleviated any fears or concerning I might have.
On the fourth day I found the property that I have now purchased and right from viewing the property (twice in one day) to completion Indy or Abby were there to answer any questions that I might have whenever I dropped into the office. If they were both busy other staff members assisted with my query to my full satisfaction.
The whole team made the entire process completely stress free and as I have got to know them all better over the past two months we have become friends and can drop in on them at anytime for a chat or any assistance I need concerning legal matters.
I would recommend the whole team if you are looking to either buy a holiday home or buy something to start a new life in the sun.
