This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located in Formentera de Segura, just 12 min drive from the sandy beaches of Guardamar. The property gives the full experience of comfort to live in all year long. It has brand new central aircon which can regulate the temperature inside in hot and cold weather. Entering the closed building elevator takes us up to the apartment which is separately closed from the hallway . After entering the property we have first the hallway has its own entrance unit for shoes, jackets and bags than the guest bedroom is on our right side with its big size wardrobe and bunkbeds to sleep 2 person. After passing the hallway we are in the living-room and American-kitchen which has all floor and wall mounted furniturs and white goods installed in. The living-room gives place for the dining-corner, sofa and armchairs and the tv unit. Glass terrace door opens to the sunny terrace which is comfy enough also in colder days as itis covered. From the living-room we can go to the master bedroom with its wide wardrobe and family size double bed. In front of it we can arrive to the bathroom with its shower and single sink. 

The best point of the building is the sunny rooftop communal pool with its communal zone around it which includes several shadows to sit, eat, play, make BBQ and the community also installed a toilet for ladies and gentleman separately on the rooftop.

The property has a beautiful green open view and can see the closest supermarket as well from its terrace. Public school, sport center, the main square are just some minutes walk away from it as well the new bycicle road and public street gym.
